In order to accommodate your request, please utilize the following mailboxes, as outlined by scenario, below:

  • Foreclosure/Bankruptcy questions, milestone issues, significant changes to firm structure, servicer transfers and Attorney/Firm terminations notifications should be directed to Foreclosures@FreddieMac.com.
  • Loan level issues and foreclosure issues, not related to Quandis or reporting, should be directed to your operational contact at the Servicer.
  • Credit bid issues/inquiries should be directed to Shortsales@FreddieMac.com.
  • For help with password resets, system application use, reactivation/recertification and other Quandis related questions, contact your Security Administrator. For additional assistance, contact the Quandis Help Desk at 949-525-9000, ext. 2.
  • System related issues with the Quandis ADR application should be directed to ADR.support@Quandis.com.
  • Deficiency Vendor Billing concerns should be directed to Quandis or by calling the Quandis Help Desk, 949-525-9000 ext. 2, or via email to ADR.support@Quandis.com.
